ORDER TODAY. SHIPS TODAY. Orders received by 4p PT (7p ET) are shipped the same day, via FedEx or truck carrier, depending on order size. Your invoice will have tracking information printed on it, so you can follow it right to your delivery location.
From the date your order is placed, expect to receive it:
West Coast: 1-2 days
Southwest: 2-3 days
Mid West: 3-4 days
East Coast: 4-5 days
FREE SHIPPING applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We ship only to valid street addresses. Please include your BUSINESS NAME, BLDG, FLOOR, SUITE or APT#. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses. We only ship to the USA 50 States. For Canada, please visit www.dogwastesolutions.ca
Orders with multiple items may be packed together in a larger outer box. When your order arrives, please open all boxes to verify.
RETURN POLICY
Customers may return items within 15 days of delivery. Dog Waste Depot will pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Certain health, or safety, items may not be eligible for return. Custom logo products cannot be returned. Please return in original cartons or a re-stocking fee may apply.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order or invoice number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions.
POLICY AFTER DELIVERY
If loss, damage or missing contents occur to any package after delivery, indemnity will not be paid. Please make sure you collect all packages at the time of delivery, and examine packaging for damage and package contents.
